Terms & Conditions can change at any time. Current Terms & Conditions will be posted on the Digital Gold Card web site. You accept that it is your responsibility to remain abreast of Digital Gold Card Terms & Conditions.

Digital Gold Card will make no effort to notify you of the latest Terms & Conditions.

You accept that unfortunately due to market conditions, all fees can change at any time.

You accept the current fee schedule posted on the Digital Gold Card web site.

Digital Gold Card may cancel your card at any time without reason with no compensation.

If you lose your PIN you can contact us to reset it for a .75 cent charge.

If you lose your card you will have to purchase another card.

You absolutely understand that with this type of debit card you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the card EVEN IF the card is lost or stolen. If your card and PIN is stolen or guessed, or if your card is used inappropriately in any way at all the loss is entirely yours and no compensation whatsoever is possible.

You absolutely understand that with this type of debit card you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any and all loss if your private access to the Digital Gold Card web site or other web sites is compromised in any way.

You understand that if you use spam or tamper with the Digital Gold Card website in any way whatsoever your card will be instantly revoked, your balance forfeit, all relevant authorities will be fully notified to advance criminal prosecution, and Digital Gold Card will commence legal action against you for reputational harm.

You understand that the only way to load your card using e-bullion gold®, e-bullion silver®, e-bullion e-currency® is by using the form on the thedigitalgoldcard.com web site. If you spend gold directly to Digital Gold Card accounts without using the funding form, you are subject to a USD$5 fee and the activity must be fully investigated for security reasons. Never, ever, spend gold directly to Digital Gold Card gold accounts. Always use the card funding form while trying to load your debit card.

You understand that due to changing regulatory conditions totally beyond the control of Digital Gold Card, you may well be required to provide new or different identification or documentation requirements, in the future, to continue using your Digital Gold Card.

You understand that Digital Gold Card is not liable in any way whatsoever for any financial or other losses you may experience, in any way, due to network, software or hardware problems of any kind, whether caused by Digital Gold Card or any other party.

You understand that your Digital Gold Card remains the property of Digital Gold Card and the issuing bank and can be withdrawn at any time.

You understand that you are solely responsible for any and all financial activity even if your instructions are incorrect. You understand that all orders you place are binding contracts between you and Digital Gold Card.

You understand that any attempted fraudulent use of your card including but not limited to any attempted money laundering, structuring, or violations of the U.S. Patriot Act or the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and reported widely to appropriate authorities.

You understand that we can refuse service to any individual or entity we happen to feel like refusing service to, no matter why we happen to feel that way.

You understand that only the actual cardholder can order a card using the Digital Gold Card web site. You understand that no other person can order a card on behalf of the cardholder. Only the actual cardholder can order the card using the Digital Gold Card web site.

You understand that only the actual cardholder can use the card.

You understand that you are responsible for any fees charged by e-bullion gold®, e-bullion silver®, e-bullion e-currency® digital gold currencies.

You understand that your Digital Gold Card account number at Digital Gold Card is fixed and cannot be changed.

Some DGC (Digital Gold Currency) systems such as e-bullion gold®, e-bullion silver®, e-bullion e-currency® block or suspend DGC accounts. You understand that if your DGC account is blocked or suspended by a DGC, it was not done by Digital Gold Card.

You understand that this agreement is continuous and shall inure to any successors of Digital Gold Card, or of the user.

You understand that if a court or arbitrator in one jurisdiction should find a provision of this agreement unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement and the agreement in other jurisdictions is unaffected.

You understand that you must supply by form mail your personal information (address, name and all other details) on the Digital Gold Card web site. You understand that we will use your personal data to verify your identity and to provide your Digital Gold Card debit card service.

You understand that Digital Gold Card is not a financial institution and does not accept deposits or conduct any banking operations.


You understand that Digital Gold Card transaction records shall be conclusive proof of all transactions carried out using the card.

You understand that Digital Gold Card may cancel cards unused for long periods of time.

You understand that this agreement is not assignable by you, and you may not sell the card to others.

You understand that you alone are completely liable for any damage or harm you or others suffer in any way whatsoever, whether due to merchants refusal to honour your card, card or equipment failure, ATM failure, accidents, aggression, crime, accidental incorrect data entry, website failure or any other problems whatsoever.

You understand that this is the entire agreement between you and Digital Gold Card and that the agreement does not need to be signed by either party to be effective and binding on both parties.
