How much is the Digital Gold Card including shipping?
Shipping and handling of the Digital Gold e-bullion gold®, e-bullion silver®, e-bullion e-currency® fundable debit card is included in your original purchase price of $14.95 (limited time only)
All debit cards (unless otherwise specified) are shipped via card services and the U.S postal service. Typically your card will ship one business day from the date ordered.
Card shipping services will deliver your card typically within one week in the United States. Other countries may take longer. You also have the option to ship your debit card via Fedex® which can speed up the delivery process.
How do I activate my card?
No activation required. When you receive your card, It arrives ready to use. Online activation may be required.
How do I fund my Digital Gold e-bullion gold®, e-bullion silver®, e-bullion e-currency® atm card?

Where can I locate an ATM to withdraw funds from my debit card?
USA Star® users can locate an ATM terminal HERE.
International PLUS® users can locate an ATM terminal HERE.
How long will it take to receive my debit card?
Typically your card will ship one business day from the date ordered.
Card shipping services will deliver your card typically within one week in the United States. Other countries may take longer. You also have the option to ship your debit card via Fedex® which can speed up the delivery process.
The US Postal Service will take exactly as long sending your card to you as they take sending any normal letter airmail
to your address. We have absolutely no way of knowing how long the postal service will take. Fedex® option delivery is much faster for international orders.
How about my courier tracking number?
Depending on your method of shipment: The courier service does not instantly create the tracking number. The tracking number is created by the courier company 12 to 24 hours
AFTER they ship the package. (Occasionally you will actually GET the package before you get the tracking number!) The instant the tracking number
is created, you receive it by email. If for some reason the tracking number does not work (due to a problem at the courier company) simply wait a
few hours and try again. Digital Gold Card has no control over the tracking number. US postal shipments do not receive a tracking number.
